Are back issues available to purchase?
Sometimes. When our magazines go to print, we order extra copies to be sold as back issues. However, we have sold out of all of our back issues except the Summer 2024 issue. At some point we may try to reprint our back issues. If you would like to purchase the Summer 2024 issue, please email jasmine@christianherbal.com. The cost for back issues is $12.00 + $3.95 shipping.
What is the shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping on all print magazine subscriptions.
Shipping costs on single current or back issues is $3.95 per issue.
When will my subscription begin? When will I receive my first issue?
Magazine issues are mailed out quarterly the first week of January, April, July, and October. Depending on when you placed your order, it may take up to 12 weeks to receive your first issue.
If available, you may purchase a single current or back issue. These are usually mailed out once a week.
All magazines are mailed periodical bulk rate.
What if I never receive my magazine?
If an order does not reach you, it may have been lost in the mail or delivered to an incorrect address. In either of these cases, you may be eligible to have a replacement shipped to you. Please contact us with the following details:
1) Customer’s Full Name
2) Order #
3) Date of Purchase
4) Shipping Address
To be eligible for a replacement shipment, you must make a claim within 60 days of the date of purchase.
How do I change my address?
We begin preparing our print mailing several weeks before we mail out each issue. For this reason, we need to be notified of your change of address at least one month before the next issue comes out, or it will be sent to the address we had on file at the time we prepared our mailing.
Christian Herbal Magazine cannot be held responsible for replacing “lost” issues from your subscription if we did not receive your change of address request at least one month prior to your next issue’s release date.

How do I renew my subscription?
If we have your email on file, you will receive a courtesy renewal notification from us when your subscription is about to expire.
Subscribers may also receive a renewal notification letter with the final issue of their subscription.

Once logged into your account, click on subscriptions, then click view.
There will be a section “Actions” – click on the button “Renew Now”
What is your refund policy?
Full Refund within 30 Days: If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days from the date of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at jasmine@christianherbal.com.
Refund Processing: Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that, depending on your financial institution, it may take some time for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
Print Delivery Cancellation Requests: If you are not satisfied with your magazine, you may cancel the monthly delivery of our magazine at any time. Please submit your delivery cancellation request via email to jasmine@christianherbal.com.
Reminder: You are only eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of your subscription.
Subscription Renewal Refunds
Automatic Renewal: The annual subscription for Christian Herbal Magazine’s monthly subscription service will automatically renew for another year (12 months) unless you choose to cancel it.
Cancellation within 7 Days: After the subscription renews, you have a 7-day grace period to request a cancellation and receive a refund. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our customer support team at jasmine@christianherbal.com.
